Spaces are booked on a first come first served basis. Once the festival is full, the festival will NOT accept any more entries. So it is advisable that you apply as early as possible to secure yourself a space.

The entry fee is: 120 pounds (250 US dollars) payable by PayPal.
Details
For painters, 1 payment entitles artists to exhibit paintings in a wall space of approx 6ft high * 4 ft wide.
For sculptors, 1 payment entitles artists to exhibit sculptures on a floor space of approx 5 ft wide * 5 ft long.
The Infusion Gallery reserves the right to tell artists/organisations where to hang and how to hang artworks etc. They also insist that artists comply with the order of events.
Artists that deliver artworks before February 26th or have not been posted or picked up at the end of exhibition on the 27th March will be charged $5.00 per day for the additional storage required.
The Gallery is happy to help artists pack and post artworks - but will NOT take responsibility for any loss or damaged artworks. Artists wanting artworks sent back to them by post should get a postal company to insure the artworks against possible damage or loss whilst in transit. Artworks must arrive in strong, protective and reusable package. All shipments must be delivered to the gallery door (this can be done by the postal company).
The Festival has had four successful years and to date; no artworks have been stolen or damaged whilst on display. The Infusion Gallery always has someone present to look after it whilst it is open. But this does not mean that artworks can not be stolen or damaged.
The gallery takes a 20% commission on all sales. No other commission is taken. Artists are thus advised to price artworks with this in mind. All artworks must be for sale.
The Raw Arts Festival is a non-profit making venture. The entry fee has been set to be as low as possible whilst also paying for all the necessary elements (gallery hire, private view invitations, hiring a band for private view and extensive publicity etc).
